    Boot Camp is a fast-paced system of organized cardiorespiratory fitness comprised of short anaerobic exercise bouts intermingled with periods of lower intensity active recovery. Personal Edge Fitness Boot Camp uses the latest developments in plyometrics, olympic lifting and agility training to not only get you in top shape but prepare you for any physical challenge!

    Can it be safe? Yes! PE instructors are not only fully trained in correct lifting form but they also have backgrounds in kinesiology, exercise physiology and athletic training to make you stronger and keep you healthy!

    Classes include:

    • High Intensity Interval Training
    • Agility drills
    • Kettlebell training
    • Plyometrics
    • TRX suspension training

    Our instructors hold degrees in one of four fields of exercise study: Exercise Science, Athletic Training, Kinesiology and Sports Medicine. All of our trainers are also certified by the elite certifying institutions including ACSM, NSCA, USAW and NATA.
