You’ll meet with your counselor weekly to briefly discuss how nutrition, behavior and exercise influenced your weekly results and establish some specific goals for the next week’s visit. Our staff will be here to support you every step of the way.

Catalyst meal plans are uniquely designed to combine grocery foods with protein-enhanced products to provide optimum nutrition for healthy weight loss. The balance of protein, fat and carbohydrates found in our meal plans are not typically achievable in other diet plans, therefore you can experience a greater impact on weight loss. During the first few weeks of the diet, you will probably lose approximately 3-5 pounds!

You choose the meal plan that’s right for you, determining when to consume your daily allotment of protein products with the key being controlled calories consumption consistently throughout the day.
