A diet with proven results for more than 40 years, the Catalyst Weight Loss program, exclusively offered by Personal Edge Fitness, combines diet and education to help you identify and replace the problematic perceptions, beliefs and resulting behaviors that have contributed to your weight gain. You’ll meet with your counselor weekly to briefly discuss how nutrition, behavior and exercise influenced your weekly results and establish some specific goals for the next week’s visit. Catalyst meal plans are uniquely designed to combine grocery foods with protein-enhanced products to provide optimum nutrition for healthy weight loss. The balance of protein, fat and carbohydrates found in our meal plans are not typically achievable in other diet plans, therefore you can experience a greater impact on weight loss.
